Progressive Leasing's lease-to-own program is not available in Minnesota, New Jersey, or Wisconsin. In Puerto Rico, it is available in-store only. State consumer leasing laws may affect program terms in other jurisdictions.
Cost Disclosure
Ownership by rental/lease agreement with Progressive Leasing costs more than the retailer's cash price, except in states with statutory cost caps. The 90-day early purchase option and other early purchase options cost more than the retailer's cash price (except the 3-month option in California). Complete cost details are disclosed in each customer's Progressive Leasing lease-to-own agreement at the time of signing.
